The Service provides affiliate link monitoring and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits availability.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card details.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@vake.app. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be error-free. We are not responsible for any third-party services, websites, or content accessed through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vake SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
